You agree not to upload illegal content, content you don't have rights to, or use the service to harass, defame, or violate any law.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of all images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.
5. Pricing & billing
Paid plans renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Refunds within 14 days of first payment.
6. Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA.
